So that visitors can gain the most from their experience at The Deep, on purchase of a day ticket visitors will be able to return to The Deep for a further 12 months free of charge (terms and conditions apply).
Using Gift Aid means for every pound you donate we are able to claim 28 pence from Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs, helping us to continue our educational, conservational and charity work. Imagine what a difference that could make and it does not cost you a thing.
Making your donation under Gift Aid will enable The Deep, a registered charity to benefit from an addition 28 pence for every £1 you pay at no additional cost to you. To do so you must pay income tax and/or capital gains tax at least equal to the tax The Deep will claim (currently 28 pence for every £1 you give).
The Deep Gold Membership

Gold membership allows the user one entry per day for a 12month period, 10% discount on café and gift shop purchase and 10% off your final bill when dining at Two Rivers Restaurant on Friday and Saturday evenings, free car parking every day from 3pm onwards.
Car Parking
There is a £3 charge to park at The Deep. £2 of this is redeemable in the form of a squid voucher on café and shop purchases.
Advance Tickets

- Call the bookings team on 01482 381000 with 24 hours Collect your tickets and pay on the day at the Pre Booked Tickets Desk. Tickets can only be reserved for visits during weekends and school holidays
Group Bookings
Group discounts are available for groups of 10+ that are pre-booked and paid for at least 2 weeks in advance of your visit. Groups will enjoy the following benefits:
- Discounted rate of entry, group price adult £7.20, group price child £5.75 (3 – 15yrs inclusive), group price senior £5.75
- Coach drop off and pick up points
- Free group organiser ticket for 20+

- Free on site coach parking and driver entry
