The Deep is an award-winning attraction and boasts a wide selection of sea life, Hull. If you are looking for sea life, Hull, then why not visit The Deep for a fun-filled family day out.

The Deep has over 3,500 fish including spectacular sharks and rays as well as a whole host of other species.  Journey from the birth of the oceans into the future and travel from tropical lagoons to the icy waters of Antarctica. As you descend deeper into the oceans, come face to face with sharks, rays, shimmering golden trevally and turtles.

You can also walk through one of the world’s deepest viewing tunnels whilst marine life glides overhead at this sealife hull. Finally rise up through the 10m tank in our famous glass lift.

Exciting exhibits of sea life, Hull include the Amazon Flooded Forest which showcases turtles, silver arowana, pacu, catfish and many more. Also, Living Rivers which takes a look at five of the world’s major river systems including the Amazon in Brazil, the Mekong in China and the Betsiboka in Madagascar. Living Rivers is home to some fascinating species including red-bellied piranha, leaf cutter ants and emerald tree boa.

There is also lots of family fun to be had in Discovery Corner featuring animals from British rock pools and try the magic pool – dip your toe in without getting wet. Hullabaloo is also available for pre-school visitors with soft play equipment to enjoy.
