Ideal for organised children's groups such as Brownies, Cubs, Rainbows, Beavers and other youth groups who have an existing structure in place.
Please note - Your booking is subject to you providing a sufficient number of suitably trained, qualified and insured adults to care overnight for the group (including those under the age of 8) in line with your organisational guidelines.
A risk assessment and copy of the organisation's Public Liability Insurance document is required, alongside all relevant legal requirements showing that the children will be under the group leader's care and supervision throughout the evening.
Prices
Organised group sleepovers cost £33 per child. Adult places cost £10.
You must provide a minimum ratio of 1 adult per 6 children.
Minimum Numbers
The minimum number of children varies dependent on the night of the week as follows.
- Sunday to Wednesday - a minimum of 60 children
- Thursday - a minimum of 90 children
- Friday & Saturday - a minimum of 100 children

Inclusive sleepovers are ideal for organised groups of children with access needs. These offer a quieter environment with additional Crew support for a relaxed touring of the attraction and more tactile activities.
For organisations of adults who are looking for an accessible evening at The Deep, we can offer a Twilight Evening Experience. This incorporates elements of the adjusted sleepover but you return home to sleep! Please contact events@thedeep.co.uk with an expression of interest for your organisation.

This exclusive hire of The Deep includes a private tour, evening activities, and a pizza supper before you choose which of our animals to lay your pillow next to.
This experience is ideal for a special occasion, for families with a sense of adventure and a love of the oceans.
Who is this for?
This Exclusive Sleepover is designed for a single family unit of up to 6 people, and is likely to appeal most to those families with primary school aged children. A minimum of 2 people out of the 6 must be adults (18+). No all adult parties. Adults must be the parents or guardians of any children within their party or have appropriate permission to act in loco parentis.
How much does it cost?
For £1,995 you can create jaw-some memories with your family and discover an amazing underwater world at night before bedding down in front of one of our live exhibits. The price is for a family of 6 and includes all activities, products, food, drink and services listed in the itinerary (available on request). Excludes any additional purchases made at the Deep-artment Store.
