- Book online with The Deep's print at home tickets and save 10%
- Call the bookings team on 01482 381000 (select option 3) with 24 hours notice. You will be given a pre-booked code which will allow you to collect your tickets and pay on the day at the Pre Booked Tickets Desk. Please note no discount is available using this service and tickets can only be reserved for visits during weekends and school holidays You can purchase tickets on arrival at reception but if you are planning to visit us during a peak period (school holidays, weekends) we would recommend purchasing your tickets in advance to beat the queues or visiting after 2pm when it is generally quieter.

So that visitors can gain the most from their experience at The Deep, on purchase of a day ticket visitors will be able to return to The Deep for a further 12 months free of charge (terms and conditions apply).
Using Gift Aid means for every pound you donate we are able to claim 25 pence from Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs, helping us to continue our educational, conservational and charity work. Imagine what a difference that could make and it does not cost you a thing. To be able to Gift Aid, you must pay income tax and/or capital gains tax at least equal to the tax The Deep will claim (currently 25 pence for every £1 you spend).

Gold membership allows the user one entry per day for a 12 month period, 10% discount on café and gift shop purchase and 10% off your final bill when dining at Two Rivers Restaurant on Friday and Saturday evenings, free car parking every day from 3pm onwards.
