Yes. Whether or not you are paying or using your Annual Pass, an Essential Carer, using Gift Vouchers or Tesco Vouchers. We need all visitors to book via the ticketing page, the time you book is your arrival time (or within half an hour after this time), for example if you book 10:30am, please arrive any time from 10:30am to 11am. You may need to queue for a short time on arrival but there is no time limit once in the attraction.
All visitors are required to book their visit via the ticketing page. Once you have chosen your date/time and pressed proceed, please enter how many Annual Pass holders will be attending in the FREE box. You can also add any additional tickets you may be paying for too. Our reception team will need to validate your pass on arrival so please come prepared with the name and postcode it was originally set up in. Please note, if your Annual Pass has expired you will need to pay for entry on arrival.

Purchase the rest of your tickets as normal below, including the visitor that requires a carer.
Please bring along proof of DLA/PIP with you on the day of your visit.

Please note: If you are using a YAG staff pass, we will also ask to see the most recent payslip of the person visting who is employed by the attraction.

Then bring the tickets with you on the day and enter through the main entrance. You may need to queue here so we can control numbers entering the building.
If you know the new date of when you would like to visit, you will need to book a new timeslot online here. Once you have chosen your date/time and pressed proceed, next, in the FREE box, enter how many people are attending, whether children, adults or seniors. You can omit under 3s. You will then need to bring your original email and reference code so we can find your payment on our system.
If you would like a refund for any unused tickets, please email your request to cashiers@thedeep.co.uk stating your booking confirmation number.
If you have not received an e-mail with your booking reference after one hour, please call us on 01482 381000 (option 0). Occasionally bookings may fail if there is a delay in your bank authorising the transaction.
A few things to try if you are experiencing problems when adding a timeslot to your basket:
• Try emptying your basket and starting again
• Clear your browsing history and cache in your browser
• Sometimes an error will occur if a timeslot only has one space left on it, please try a different timeslot first and if the problem persists, give us a call on 01482 381000 (option 0)
