Book Your Ticket

Visitor numbers will be reduced to ensure that our building remains safe and social distancing guidelines can be adhered to. All tickets will need to be booked online (including Day Plus Pass holders).

Face coverings

As per the Government announcement on 31st July, face coverings will be mandatory within indoor attractions from 8th August. Please check current Government advice regarding exemptions and bring a face covering on your visit if you are required to wear one.

Social Distancing

Social distancing must be maintained for the duration of your visit. In some areas, you may need to wait to be able to view the exhibits at a safe distance to others. Please remain with members of your family/group only.

Sanitiser Stations

Hand sanitiser is provided at regular points around the building. Please use regularly, particularly before and after using interactives.

The Deep-artment Store

Don't forget to vist our gift shop on your way out. Here you can pick up souvenirs, gifts and more. Please note following current government guidelines, a face covering must be worn in the gift shop at all times.

Toilets & Cleaning

We have increased the level and frequency of cleaning around touch points and toilets, which will remain open for use. We ask that only one family/group go into the toilets at a time.

Talks & Presentations

Dive shows, scheduled feeds and touchpool sessions will be suspended for now. Our Guides are stationed around the attractions so please ask them questions about the animals or our conservation work!

Food & Drink

The Halfway Cafe, situated next to the Cool Seas zone, will be open for table service, offering hot meals, snack, hot and cold drinks between 9am and 5pm. We are pleased to be part of the Eat Out to Help Out scheme on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays in August!
