Hull is very accessible and The Deep is just a short walk from the city centre.
To walk to The Deep from Hull's Interchange, exit the station and cross the road towards the Hull cenotaph and war memorial, and then follow the pedestrian signs to The Deep.

If you have time for a little more adventure in Hull why not make your way to The Deep and include one of the amazing Trails that Hull has to offer. The most famous being Hull's family friendly Fish Trail which will take you on a tour of Hull's big landmarks and through historic cobbled streets of "Old town".

The Deep is part of the Trans Pennine Trail which is an exciting 215 mile trail linking the North and Irish Seas.
There are bike stands available adjacent to The Deep reception to secure cycles and just a 5 minute walk away at Hull's indoor market, the R-evolution Cycle Hub offer FREE secure, indoor parking for up to 40 cycles.
Our 'Globe Probe 2' diving bell situated outside the reception is equipped with a solar panel, bench and 2 USB charging points to keep your phones charged up with green energy goodness.
We have outdoor picnic benches which are free to use and have a great view of the Humber Estuary, if you are feeling thirsty you can fill up your water bottle for free at our reception, or if a hot drink and something to eat is needed our café is free to access.
Alongside a visit to the Deep you can visit tempting historic pubs, stop off at the iconic Fruit Market area, take a walk around the eye-catching marina and spend time visting Hull's independent shops, cafes, galleries and restaurants.
For something different, follow Hull's famous 'Fish Trail' which will help you see the city in a different way and discover areas you never knew existed.
Don't forget if you are taking part in the Trans Pennine Trail stamping scheme to pop into The Deep to have your card stamped!

Easily accessed from the A63, The Deep is a 15 minute drive from the Humber Bridge and has on-site parking.
If using a Sat Nav please enter the postcode HU9 1TU. This will take you to Tower Street, Hull, which is the nearest main road to The Deep.
The Deep has its own car park with has its own pay and display car park, charges are £3.75 for 5 hours 6am-6pm and £2 6pm-6am. Charges apply every day including bank holidays. Please display a valid ticket in your windscreen.
Customers attending functions or events at The Deep are exempt from the £2 night charge.
Electric Car Charging
The Deep has two 7kW charging facilities available onsite for £2.50 per hour, for a maximum of 5 hours. Please visit The Deep shop to purchase charging time. A member of The Deep Crew will then come and activate the charger for you.
Car Parking charges apply (and can be purchased when buying charging time). Chargers are operational 10am to 6pm.
Please use this facility is accordance with your vehicle’s safety and operating procedures (and at your own risk).
Please note The Deep does not permit leaving dogs in cars.

Train times into Hull can be found via National Rail.
Hull Trains also offer a Hull Leisure Return ticket for £10 or less if travelling to Hull from Doncaster, Selby, Howden or Brough.
It's then just a short walk from Hull Interchange to The Deep!
A Park and Ride facility is available from Priory Park, Hessle. This is 5 miles west of Hull on the A63 approach road into the city. It is signposted from the A15, A63 and the Humber Bridge. This service drops you off down Tower Street, just 2 minutes walk from The Deep.

For visitors wanting to travel slightly further afield, Bempton Cliffs is home to one of the UK’s top wildlife spectacles with around half a million seabirds gathering here between March and October.
Flamborough Head also offers a great base for birdwatching with over 200,000 nesting seabirds, including gannets and puffins. Marked by a stretch of rugged white cliffs, this areas is a perfect for those wanting to explore the Yorkshire Coast.
Finally Spurn Point Nature Reserve is located three miles into the Humber Estuary from the Holderness Coast. It is an internationally important nature reserve with sensitive, diverse and wildlife-rich habitats.
There is also a selection of seaside resorts all within a few hour’s drive time from The Deep including Scarborough, Whitby and Bridlington.
