Our pay and display car parks are £3 for 6 hours 6am-6pm and £1 6pm-6am. Charges apply every day including bank holidays. Please display a valid ticket in your windscreen. Buying your tickets online
When you have made your booking, you will be emailed a confirmation number. Simply bring the confirmation number along with you on the day of your visit and join the queue at the Main Entrance. Please note, we have a separate entrance for visitors with additional access needs and pre-organised groups of 10 or more - this is located nearest the Humber.
Tickets bought online still require you to join the main queue and only become active 1 hour after purchase. All tickets bought online include free return visits for you and your party for 12 months with the Day Plus Pass. All you need to do is provide your details at reception.
Simply choose the date you want your pass to start from when buying online (this must be on or before the date of your first visit). Where too many tickets have been purchased (or where a customer may have duplicated an entire purchase), refunds are available. These can be processed by the finance department during the office hours of Monday to Friday 9.30am to 4.30pm on 01482 381000, option 6.
For the safety and reassurance of visitors, The Deep reserves the right to carry out random bag searches at reception. If possible, and in order to avoid delays, please avoid bringing large bags and rucksacks in to the building.Problems buying tickets? Call us on 01482 381000 or email us
