*ESSENTIAL CARERS
The Deep offers free entry for any essential carer/s when they are accompanying another paying visitor or existing Annual Pass holder who would not be able to visit without their support.
If you require an essential carer when visiting The Deep, please bring something to show this such as a PIP/DLA letter, Nimbus Access Card, the National Disability Card, the National Carer's Card (this can only be used when accompanying the person you are supporting) or proof of Carer's Allowance.
If you are an essential carer bringing a service user, please bring your staff ID badge or a letter printed on headed paper for the organisation you work for.
ANNUAL PASS
All paid tickets listed above include FREE return visits for 12 months. Our Reception Crew will set this up for you on arrival at your first visit.
Please note, only those pictured on the Annual Pass can return for free within the year. Annual Pass tickets are non-transferable.
ARRIVAL TIME
The time you choose when booking will be your allocated time for arrival, and you may arrive up to 30 minutes after the time you booked. For example, if you book for 11am, please arrive between 11am and 11.30am.
Once inside the attraction, you can spend as long as you would like with us until the building closes at 6pm.
TICKETS & REFUNDS
Tickets bought online still require you to join the main queue and are for that specific time slot, unfortunately, if you arrive after your allocated time, we may be unable to allow you entry. Tickets allow free repeat visits for a period of 12 months (conditions and exclusions apply).
Please note, our tickets are non-refundable. However, we are happy to transfer your tickets to a new date and timeslot. Your booking is held in our system and your Annual Pass(es) will not be activated until you make your first physical visit to us.
