Application for Free Tickets
The Deep operates as an education and conservation charity and unfortunately we are unable to support all of the requests we receive for ticket donations for raffles and competitions.
As a result we have tried to create a fair process in which we will give away a limited number of tickets each month, we will assess individual requests to non-profit organisations based on the following guidelines:
- Requests must be made directly by a Registered Charity or School
- Organisations are limited to one ticket per request which admits up to 4 people for a single visit to The Deep
- We will only ever issue one ticket per organisation in any 12 month period
- Requests should be made at least 6 weeks in advance of the event
If you would like to apply for the chance to receive a free ticket, please complete the application form below, marked with subject title: Donation Request and submit to marketing@thedeep.co.uk.
Incomplete forms and requests received through any other channel will not be considered. Due to the high volume of requests, we cannot confirm receipt of submissions nor confirm the status of an application. You will not be contacted should your application be declined.
All successful applicants will receive their donation within 6 weeks.
